At the time of <250 C, the two layers of glass fiber, 800g/m2 glass fiber needle felt or 800g/m2 glass fiber needle felt or 800g/m2 weft fiberglass fabric or flommus [FMS] high temperature filter material (fluorinated gas can not be used with glass fiber filter).

When the moisture content is large and the dust concentration is large, the waterproof, anti oil filter (or the anti condensation filter) or the coated filter material should be selected (the base cloth should be treated by the needled felt by waterproof). When the dust containing gas is acid and alkaline, and the gas temperature is less than 190 degrees C, PPS (Ryton polyphenylene sulfide) needle felt is often selected.

When the gas temperature is less than 240 degrees C and the demand for acid and alkali resistance is not too high, P84 (polyimide) needled felt is selected. When the dust gas is flammable and explosive gas, the anti static polyester needled felt is selected. When the dust contains both certain moisture and the flammable and explosive gas, the waterproof and anti static electricity (three defense) polyester needled felt is selected.
